Inspection requirements and standards:

2. There should be no crack, notch, uneven and obvious scratch on the surface of button;

3. There is no crack or blister on the surface and back, and there is no rotten edge and uneven thickness;

4. The pattern should be free from obvious deformation, white eye and white circle;

5. Buttonholes should be smooth and smooth;

The needle hole should be symmetrical and without big eye. If it is a dark eye buckle, the dark eye groove should be smooth without obvious burst.

6. After electroplating or other processes, the effect should be uniform. If some special effects cannot be consistent, they can be packaged separately.

7. The color difference of buttons in the same batch shall not be lower than grade IV standard of gb250 and grade III standard of gb250 compared with the sample.

8. Packaging inspection: after the appearance inspection / performance test required by customers are all qualified, the packaging can be carried out again. The quality certificate or other labels should be put in the packaging. The quantity of the package should be in accordance with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the specified quantity. If the tolerance is exceeded due to different thickness or other reasons, the full inspection should be carried out.

9. Before delivery, the emergency button / car poncho button / five claw button should be trial made to test the performance and usability of the button, and provide the sample of molding and trial printing to the customer.
